Layer that displays the segment ID label of roadway and bridge segments that have been identified as F4R (Facilities Repeatedly Requiring Repair and Reconstruction) and require an evaluation be performed.<span style='font-family: "Calibri",sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;'><font color='#000000' size='4'>This layer adds a segment ID label to facilities (road segments and bridges) that have been damaged repeatedly by emergency events such as floods. They are referred to as Facilities Repeatedly Requiring Repair and Reconstruction (F4R). An evaluation of each of these facilities is required by FHWA to be eligible for federal funding.
