1) Mobility Development Districts (MDD) are neighborhoods where people, on average, travel short periods of time, streets offer facilities that make bike or scooters safe and comfortable, where many shared modes exist, see fewer crashes, and most households do not experience economic hardship.

2) Equity-Focus Mobility Development Districts (EFMDD) are neighborhoods where many households experience economic hardship and transportation disadvantages, but generally, people on average travel short periods of time, have access to comfortable bicycle infrastructure, high-frequency transit, and see fewer crashes.

3) Standard Permitted Districts (SPD) are neighborhoods where people on average have lengthier trip lengths, have less access to physically-separated bicycle infrastructure, are not well-served by transit, and higher crash rates have been observed. These areas of the City would benefit from built environment improvements and may be more suitable for modes of transportation that are comfortable and attractive to use for longer trips.</span></idAbs></dataIdInfo></metadata>
