Description: The Human Services Department of Northern Virginia Regional Commission (NVRC) manages the Ryan White Program of Northern Virginia.This set of layers is intended for the Northern Virginia Ryan White Program, 2024 Grant Year client statistics by zip code. The Zip codes with client counts with a zero value are suppressed per HIPPA requirements. These suppressed zip codes have 0 to 5 clients. Map also includes Virginia House of Delegates and Virginia Senate District overlays. The program covers a geographic area that is larger than the Northern Virginia Regional Commission Planning District.
The Virginia Senate and Virginia House of Delegates boundaries were obtained from the Virginia Redistricting Commission. These boundaries went into effect in 2022 and remain as such for the next ten years, until the next Decennial Census redistricting process. These are used for reference and visual overlay purposes only.
The Zip Code boundary layer was obtained from ESRI. At the time it was obtained, ESRI had noted their boundaries were sourced from TomTom in June 2024.
