Description: The HIN network was analyzed and designated for all crashes, pedestrian crashes, bicycle crashes, and dark-unlit crashes. The crashes are weighted based on severity, with fatal crashes weighing 100 points, incapacitating injury 75 points, non-incapacitating injury 25 points, possibly injury and property damage only crashes 1 point. Segments were manually evaluated to consolidate and clean segment limits.
