Description: Initial attribution and connection of features were completed using plans provided by: Brinjac, Kambic & Associates, Inc., CDM Smith, The Chester Engineers, Gannett Fleming Corddry & Carpenter, Inc., Johnson, Mirmiran, & Thompson, LeVan, Inc., Skelly & Loy, and a large historical paper map provided by the City of Harrisburg (original source unknown).Further field investigation was completed by United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The findings of USACE's field inspections were used as a second phase of attribution and connection for the storm sewer system. If sediment prohibited finding pipe inverts, either a note was made or a measurement reflecting top of sediment was recorded. If a snout was found and noted, this would alter the invert elevations due to the true pipe invert being inaccessible.

RedZone's findings were used as a second phase of attribution and connection. Inverts related to CSO's were calculated from measurements taken from the CSO manhole rim. These measurements were provided by CDM Smith through the Long Term Control Plan Development: Regulator Infrastructure Inspection Report (October 2013).
