Description: Road traveled centerlines for the entirety of Lane County. "Traveled centerline" indicates that the geometry is intended to represent the bisection of the part of the right-of-way that is used by traffic, rather than a representation of an aspect of the right-of-way. Included are all navigable roadways actively inventoried by any of the Lane Council of Governments member agencies. In practice this includes the cities of Eugene & Springfield, Lane County Public Works. Additional roadways are included at the request of public safety agencies. Currency and most maintenance of the data is driven by the needs of public safety agencies for emergency response software, funded through contract with Central Lane PSAP with additional support provided through the Lane Council of Governments' CPA agreement.
