Service Description: Road & Bridges have been assigned a priority based on emergency access needs during winter storm events. Built with emergency response in mind (police, fire, ems) which roads and bridges take priority during a winter storm event. All major roads were assigned primary status. These roads and bridges have high traffic flows and are often the main arteries to major destinations and neighborhoods. Secondary road status was given to mostly residential areas with high population numbers, and tertiary status was given to industrial and shorter residential roads.
