Description: This dataset represents address points placed within property boundaries. Whenever feasible, points are geocoded specifically "on-top" of the primary structure to which the address is assigned. This layer includes apartment labels, suite numbers, and sub-addressing details. It is a living dataset; the NCPAO GIS Department performs ongoing updates as new addresses are assigned, developments are platted, or correction requests are received from the E911 Coordinator and the USPS.
