Description:

City of Bend Data Collection Units (DCUs) are located throughout the City in a strategic manner to ensure overlapping coverage for all areas within the water service area. Their locations were digitized based on coordination with the staff that installed and maintain the equipment.

Attribute Information:

Field Name	Description
OBJECTID	ESRI software specific field that serves as an index for the database.
EAM_PARENT	Infor required field.
EAM_PARENTORG	Infor required field.
EAM_UOM	Infor required field.
EAM_UOMREF	Infor required field.
EAM_PRECISION	Infor required field.
FacilityID	A unique identifier for the asset class. Infor required field.
InstallDate	The date when the asset was installed. Typically pulled from the as-built cover sheet for consistency. Infor required field.
BatteryInstallDate	The date when the most recent battery was installed in the DCU.
ESN	A unique identifier for the hardware within the DCU assigned by Aclara.
MountType	The type of infrastructure that the DCU is permanently attached to.
LocationDescription	Information related to the construction location or project name. Infor required field.
CellNumber	The cellular number used by the DCU to transmit collected data to the NCC.
created_user	Name of user whom created asset.
created_date	Date when asset was created.
last_edited_user	Name of user whom most recently edited asset.
last_edited_date	Date when the asset was most recently updated.
GlobalID	ESRI software specific field that serves as a unique identifier.
Shape	ESRI software specific field denoting the geometry type of the asset.
IsLocated	Has the location of the asset been field verified with a survey grade GPS unit?
