Service Description: Manholes serve as junction points in the Collections system where a main line can have its flow direction changed and provide access to the main lines for cleaning and maintenance. They exist for all types of collection systems in use in the City of Bend, including Pressurized Main, Force Main, Gravity Main, and Vacuum Main.
