Service Description:

City of Bend water meters can be found throughout the City's water service area, which is not equal to the City Limit boundaries. As new water meter's are installed, their position is verified with a survey grade GPS unit. Previously installed meters were placed on a service line that was input from as-built documentation, and coordinated with descriptions provided by field crews.

Attribute Information:

Field Name	Description
OBJECTID	ESRI software specific field that serves as an index for the database.
FacilityID	A unique identifier for the asset class. Infor required field.
LifecycleStatus	The current status of the asset with respect to its location in the asset management lifecycle. Infor required field.
Address	The service address where the meter collects consumption data.
MTUNumber	The unique number used to identify the meter transmission unit on the water meter.
MTUInstallDate	Date that the MTU was most recently reprogrammed.
MeterNumber	Serial number used to identify the meter hardware.
MeterInstallDate	Date that the meter was most recently installed.
MeterMake	Brand of water meter installed.
MeterSize	Diameter of the main chamber of the water meter.
MeterSystem	A value to denote the main usage of the water passing through the meter.
MeterStyle	The style of measurement used by the meter to determine how much water has passed through it.
MeterType	The specific meter make and model used by Aclara.
AMR	A yes/no value to determine which meters have an MTU installed for automated meter reading.
FireService	A yes/no value to determine which meters are serving fire protection sprinkler systems.
WaterType	A value to show if the water being measured by the meter is potable.
LateralDiameter	Diameter of the service lateral connected to the meter between the main and the meter.
LateralMaterial	Material of the service lateral connected to the meter between the main and the meter.
ServiceConnectionDescription	Textual description of the location of the water meter.
LocID	Account number used in Munis and Aclara.
Comments	Staff comments about the water meter.
GISOBJID	Unique identifier that serves as the key field for Infor. Infor required field.
EAM_PARENT	Infor required field.
EAM_PARENTORG	Infor required field.
ServiceStartDate	The date that the water meter was first installed.
created_user	Name of user whom created asset.
created_date	Date when asset was created.
last_edited_user	Name of user whom most recently edited asset.
last_edited_date	Date when the asset was most recently updated.
Enabled	ESRI software specific field related to the inclusion in a network.
GlobalID	ESRI software specific field that is automatically assigned by the geodatabase at row creation.
Shape	ESRI software specific field denoting the geometry type of the asset.
IsLocated	Has the location of the asset been field verified with a survey grade GPS unit?
