Service Description:

Groundwater wells have been in use in Bend to supplement the surface water flow, and/or completely replace it during certain conditions in the Summer months. Their locations have been determined by as-built documents and digitizing due to their large size being easily seen from aerial photographs.

Attribute Information:

Field Name	Description
OBJECTID	ESRI software specific field that serves as an index for the database.
EAM_PARENT	Infor required field.
EAM_PARENTORG	Infor required field.
GISOBJID	Unique identifier that serves as the key field for Infor. Infor required field.
FacilityID	A unique identifier for the asset class. Infor required field.
InstallDate	The date when the asset was installed. Typically pulled from the as-built cover sheet for consistency. Infor required field.
PressureZone	Numbered areas bound by both a lower and upper elevation that require pressure adjustment between areas to keep pressures up high enough to achieve fire flow.
LifecycleStatus	The current status of the asset with respect to its location in the asset management lifecycle. Infor required field.
Elevation	Height of asset above sea level.
WaterType	Denotes the level of treatment of the water within the main from raw water to potable.
Comments	A catch all for asset information that is irregular and doesn't warrant the creation of a new field.
WellType	Denotes the type of well.
Name	The common name for the facility.
Depth	The depth in feet that the well was drilled to.
WaterLevelGauge	The type of gauge used to determine water level.
Diameter	Diameter of the well shaft.
FlowGPM	Flow of water being pumped in gallons per minute.
LubeType	The primary type of lubricant used.
IsScadaEnabled	Is the facility enabled with Scada?
ScadaID	Unique identifier for use in the Scada system.
SubZone	Sub zones within pressure zones for operators and maintenance purposes.
created_user	Name of user whom created asset.
created_date	Date when asset was created.
last_edited_user	Name of user whom most recently edited asset.
last_edited_date	Date when the asset was most recently updated.
GlobalID	ESRI software specific field that is automatically assigned by the geodatabase at row creation.
Shape	ESRI software specific field denoting the geometry type of the asset.
IsLocated	Has the location of the asset been field verified with a survey grade GPS unit?
