The wetland layer includes wetlands identified through field verification, and interpretation of aerial photographs, orthophotography, and supplementary datasets; the resulting wetlands are used in the screening map. Where the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry has identified Provincially Significant Wetlands (PSWs) that overlap with CH wetlands, they are coded as PSW and treated as such in any analysis.
