Service Description: This data layer contains the parcels subject to a stormwater billing fee. These were created using the master billing file and joining it to the GIS MPAC parcel data. For multi residential properties, there is one parcel shape representing the fee. This contains data from the billing file using MPAC data from tax provided on October 17th, 2025 and MPAC parcels as of Feb 10, 2026.
