This information is for the purpose of maintenance, reference, planning including 3D modeling and network analysis. It is in accordance with National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP), a standardardized method to code defects, assess asset condition, plan for the rehabilitation or replacement of sewers and overall pipeline assessment.
