Census 2010 population collection blocks were used to create Wisconsin Act 43 Assembly and Senate districts and Wisconsin Act 44 Congressional districts in the summer of 2011. The Eastern District Federal Court decision dated April, 11th, 2012 replaced districts 8 and 9in the City of Milwaukee.
