Service Description: Parcel data from County Tax Assessor’s Offices are provided by the State of Tennessee, Comptroller of the Treasury, Division of Property Assessment(DPA). The 86 counties that participate in the Comptroller CAAS/Impact parcel system are updated monthly. The remaining 9 counties are usually updated annually. The following county’s parcel data are listed with their month and year of update.
September 2023: Chester, Davidson, Hamilton, Hickman, Knox, Montgomery, Rutherford, Shelby, Williamson.
