Description: The new EPA boundary as recieved from Antonio Goncalves, TPF engineering and architecture consultants, October 2020.The boundary was edited to align to the updated coordinates (lutfcra_epa_coordinates_2025):A new coordinate point B was inserted between the original coordinate points A and B (now C), 3 nautical miles N of the Island edge above Cabo de Inhaca light house, so that the EPA boundary does not cut through the Maputo National Park (MNAP).Another coordinate point E was inserted between the original points C (now D) and D (now F), 3 nautical miles from the coastline into the bay.Point F (originally point D) was adjusted to extend 3 nautical miles along the coast from the edge of Maputo National Park (terrestrial) at the Maputo river mouth, so that the EPA boundary does not cut through the MNAP and aligns to what is depicted and described in the decree.Apart from the alignment of the EPA boundary (proposed WHS buffer zone) to the edited points B, E and F as above, the boundary was aligned to the western edge of the Maputo National Park along the Maputo river, so that it does not intersect or cut into the MNAP.
