Notes:
As of April 2014, owner_name, address, str_num and str_name field names are changed to CurrOwner, LocAddr, LocNum
and LocName respectively for better Self-explanatory.
LocAddr field has all prefix and suffix included. Users should write their own query to split them out if needed.
