Description: This shape was developed through conversations of the Working Group of the Tamalpais Lands Collaborative. It was initially drawn and edited by Michael Norelli of the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy.
The basics of the footprint were established in April of 2014. Minor edits to the west side along Hwy 1 near Bolinas Lagoon were made in 2016 to clean up the boundary for vegetation analysis. Most recent edits were made in April of 2017 to extend the northern boundary to additional MCP lands, and also to include Bolinas Lagoon in the west.
