This feature class was created between June and October 2012. Contains all of the state parks noxious weed line data. Lines are typically longer than 50ft and the width is less that 50 ft. This feature was repaired in 2017. The main repair involved correcting the calculation of linear patch acreage to not use the auto generated ShapeLength which is in meters since it is in a UTM projection. Previous calculations had multiplied the estimated width in feet by the length in meters resulting in a nonsensical value. Estimates of acreage using this feature prior to 2017 repair by Steve Williams are inaccurate. Care should be taken when interpreting noxious weeds documents produced prior to 2017. Field names were also corrected to match the field names of the WeedsPoints and Weeds Polygons features. Effort has been made to correct any sloppy mistakes made in the creation of this feature but users should be midful of any that may have been missed.
