Description: This feature class represents the six PCTA regions and each region's associated five subregions. The purpose of the feature dataset is to roughly identify area of interests of trail and land protection projects with reference to the PCTA Trail Operations regions.The regions are classified as the following:1.Southern California2. Southern Sierra3. Northern Sierra4. Big Ben5. Columbia Cascades6. North CascadesEach region was split up into five subregions of equal trail length. They are labeled a through e, with a at the southern most extent of the region and e at the northern most extent.
